What is the difference between Programs and Courses?

  • Programs are extended private study and its duration depends on the student’s study plan, level and improvement.
  • Courses are time-limited study and their duration is determined in each course’s description.

  • Programs are available for students any time a student wants to start.
  • Courses are held from time to another or seasonally, we make announcements before they are held so students can register.
  • Kindly note that in a Subscription Request you can apply for a course, but the course is held only when the number of seats is complete.

  • Programs are basically one-to-one live sessions.
  • Courses are group live sessions.

  • Programs have flexible schedule for every student to choose the most suitable time for their class.
  • Courses’ schedule is predetermined in the course description.

  • Programs’ content is customized according to student’s needs, purpose, level and age.
  • Courses’ content is fixed for all students. (The content is updated for every time the course is held).

  • Programs are offered as one-to-one live sessions. However, some of our programs allow for group study if there is a group ready to start (Check the desired program description). Groups are of minimum of three students and maximum of five students and their class duration is no less than 60 minutes, and no more than 120 minutes.

  • In One-to-One programs, you can choose between 30 minutes, 45 minutes and 60 minutes.
  • In groups , it depends on the program and number of students and will be 60 minutes, 90 minutes or 120 minutes.

  • It depends on the program and on every student’s level, study plan and intensity of study (number of classes per week). For example, it may take 4 months, on average, for adults to complete a level in Arabic Program, and they can continue study through the next level automatically.
